280i restoration project

Spotted this rather sad looking 280i at the side of the road with a sign in the window saying restoration project and a phone number. Looks a bit far gone unless there are any brave souls out there?

Its in a state, rear screen has gone white the bit of glass below it is broken,interior although looking complete is a right mess. But as you say zig please someone rescue it and save it or it will end up as spares.

Car is located in blackburn, lancashire there is a contact number but no price indication. I can pass details on to anyone interested and more pictures also. Im not selling this i have just seen it and think it needs saving.

The interior looks in fairly good condition...Shame about the rear quarter..Thats gonna be a toughie to replace..I thought i was seeing things when i looked at the last pic...At first i thought ....NOOOOOO

I went back to have another look at it and it wasnt there so maybe it has been sold then put up on this site. Its not for the faint hearted it really is in a state, but would be a shame to see it disapear.

Ah, found the original thread. Car is now with a dealer and on flea. Nothing to do with me Al.
