Wow! I'd love to do a smart watch extension - maybe a fault code or coolant temp alarm?
Drop me a DM. I have some pre-release hardware that will excite you. Let me know if you have received anything?
Best wishes

Cool.
I would be interested in this as I have the Roverguage cable + software. But having the laptop in the car ocasionaly is OK but to have this on a Android smart phone, well you could check the staus of the engine etc.. at any time from me.

Checking every sensor that feeds the ecu from an Android smart phone makes it so much easier to spot faults.
Probably even easier with a smart watch I guess?

Ok, all the boilerplate code is done.
I have some testing to do and possibly some smart watch extensions before it's ready.
In the meantime I added a nice Driving Layout, showing every engine sensor, that you can glance at [when stopped and in neutral and with the handbrake on of course ]
Just pure, on-screen, analogue, realtime sensor feedback to complement the noise and feel
Best wishes

All this and more with TorqueOBD2 on your phone, from the Android store. Link via Bluetooth transmitter plugged into the OBD port, £7 from ebay.

The 14CUX isn't OBD compliant it is proprietary, so this or any other OBD based solution is of no use unfortunately.Pics here

This is looking good, maybe consider a Cast option for anyone who may have a TV and Chromecast or compatible device in their garage as well.
I'll need to go and get the cables now, can't wait for this to be released to the store.
Move over Nissan GTR's, we too can have playstations in our TVR's lol. Has if got g-force readouts too

I think asking Aide to convert MBEs code aswell is asking a little too much ... unless he has a lot of spare time .
He's already produced the AJP app - http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...And very good it is too!
