Looking for recommendations for car accessory stores in the US. Similar to Halfords in the UK or Canadin Tyre type of stores?

Any recommendations would be grea especially around Orlando area but if there is a national chain, not looking for car parts specifically more accessories like cleaning products, tools bits and pieces.

Thanks
Matt

I got the impression these were more like a shop counter type store where you went for a clutch kit or a set of brake pads not accessories but I will go check them out thanks !

No prob - they all have extensive retail operations.

You can buy cleaning products etc from Wally*World or Target of course.....

if you want something like halfords, then go to walmart, kmart, they sell bikes, toys and camping gear like halfords and probably a few more non specific car bits than halfords do these days including cleaning/detail products.

If you want a proper car shop that is practically impossible to find in the UK then MR Harper has listed pretty much all of them, they will sell you parts for your car, but they also have a showroom with generic bits, accessories, cleaning products and tools, Autozone, O'Reilly and advance are the more show-roomy ones, napa is more of the oily and trade and counter end of the scale but still has some stuff on display depending on size, if you want cheap tools then harbor freight is worth a browse. If you actually want proper car parts then there are trade counters around if you look and they really are off the tourist track in industrial estates and are just a counter, bloke with a computer sitting in front of a warehouse.

And if they don't have what I want I often check RockAuto.com. It's surprising what they have, and their prices are fair.

Did you move to Orlando, or just visiting Goofy?
