I wondered if anyone works for an agency and has applied for a mortgage and how they dealt with it?
Ive been working for one for nearly 2 years, the work has me based with a company and is continuous almost permanent.
Im thinking of moving agencies soon but wondered what the mortgage criteria would be if i changed and wanted to apply for a mortgage within the next 6 months.
Thanks in advance.

Without a permanent, or at least a fixed contract, you are going to struggle....

i not sure about this, i am working as a contractor and raised the question with fellow contractors. There are companies out there you just require more deposits and you can buy insurance to cover. How many people in permeant roles can guarantee their jobs, not many, so just takes a bit more specialised work to find one.
