I loved my Daimler sovereign s3 the only car I liked piloting around London, got stopped at night once by a barrage of Japanese tourist's who took loads of photos whilst crossing Piccadilly Circus such a lovely waft mobile
The xj40 and x300 I had were also great but the series xj are just special and I will have another one day
If they haven't reached crazy money by then

I'd agree SIII Jag/Daimlers really are the finest places to rest ones posterior, the superb suspension and thin rimmed steering wheel actively encourage you to just sit back and enjoy the rideThe xj40 and x300 I had were also great but the series xj are just special and I will have another one day

Exactly the same car for me! If I had bought a good one I'd still have it today. Unfortunately I bought a bad one (bodywork bad and bodged up to sell) and bailed out before it bankrupted me. Their potential to rust is just phenomenal. The xj40 and x300 I had were also great but the series xj are just special and I will have another one day

Subaru WRX (blob eye in case that matters)... No seriously. I'm talking on standard 17s with no prodrive kit, just a nice standard car with the cheap cloth seats. So relaxing! Really comfy ride, easy clutch and gear box and pretty effortless torque. I've had three cars which fit that description and spent more time cruising in them than blasting around (which of course they can do as well).

Super high profile tyres, very soft suspension, and seats like old wingbacks with 2 armrests.
Probably too relaxing as you can forget to point it in the right direction.
Mine's a Discovery 4 but same thing applies. Cannot be bothered to break the speed limit and get so lazy steering it with one finger sometimes yields unpredictable results. Super high profile tyres, very soft suspension, and seats like old wingbacks with 2 armrests.
