on mine they go 12 clicks from soft to hard. I put all four on 7 for comfy tight ride, then 10 or 11 for trackday. Try it out, you dont even have to take off the wheel, just jack up and reach under. As I said, try same front and rear...

Thanks you have completely different shock absorbers . Should it be stiffer on the rear ?

Stiffer on the front.

I think that you have about 23 clicks on yours.

try plus 4 rear and plus 6 front from soft.

No to Daz Peter, the harder the string the harsher the ride etc smile
Tempered by damping but ultimately if you have a stiff set up. wink

Daz, I don't think anyone has said that the adjuster turns clockwise to stiffen, anti-clock to soften. That is with you facing the adjuster, so it's the same as tightening or loosening a nut, bolt or screw.

Personally I prefer them softer at the rear than the front, so the (Ayrton) senna setting, but I would go for quite a soft setting front and rear, as you can always stiffen it up if it's too sloppy. My Racing Reds have 38 clicks from soft to hard and I use about 6 from soft on the road, and 35 front, 28 rear from soft (ie almost max hard, like me) on track.

If you aren't sure, pop over to mine and we can sort it together. Phone first, as I have the minions for the weekend while the parents are away, so could be at any child-pacifying activity at any time of the day.

They came with 325 front /250 rear so I fitted the front springs on the rear and put 375`s on the front .

So now running 375 front 325 rear . I have not had any valves changed .

Mine are 425 front and 400 rear, but feel fine with the dampers soft.
Daz, I am at home the next two days, preparing the car and my new trailer for Friday's track day. If you are not up to your armpits in Pottertons, pop over in your Chim and we can compare ride qualities and get yours set up.

Dear silicone, stop pissing about which u normally do, take it too centre gravity, best money I have spent getting the car set up, forget Matt smith, forget Northampton Motorsport , the difference was night and day for the level of detail and setting up as to how I wanted it , I am not alone on these views !!!!

Thanks for your advice ,maybe if I had a 100k supercar then maybe yes .

I think 1k to adjust 8 bolts is a bit of an overkill. rolleyes

True no one knows what daz wants even when you tell em, yes it ain't cheap but when I add up how much I have spent with other people it seams money well spent, your paying for the experience of the adjustmenti of the bolts

All,of the Deeping tvr boys agree !
