So I have hopefully solved my overheating issue which I will be testing this weekend. Next on the list is new suspension as I have oil misting on the rear dampers and corrosion on the springs.

As it’s a Eunos it has the Bilsteins which I find alright, it is only used on weekend drives and I want to take it on the track so it doesn’t need to be particularly comfortable.

From reading online I have come down to two which are the HSD MonoPro or the MeisterR Zeta-R. The threads I have found are quite old now and I expect there have been updates since they were created. So what are people’s opinions? Or is there another brand that I should consider?

I have the Zeta-S on mine and can't fault them. Really compliant on road, can be set very firm for track, fully height adjustable without compromising travel and damping adjusted from the engine bay and boot, rather than on the shock itself. The Zeta-R looks to be a harder option, but if the car is mainly road use I suspect the Zeta-S is a better all rounder.

I have Zeta-S on mine as well. I'd only go for the Zeta-R if it was going to be a hard core track car. But that's just my opinion.
I have been really happy with the quality of the MeisterR's though, if that helps your decision between the two.

I love my GAZ Gold Pro. You can choose your own spring rate so you don't have to set the ride quality by adjusting rebound on the shocks.

I would have thought that owners would only be able to give an opinion on the make and model of coilovers they have fitted to their own car. Web searches suggest that both are very good units and as such both will offer a dramatic improvement over standard.

I have no experience of those the OP is asking about but I have had my Mk2.5 on the standard setup, KYB AGX with FM springs and uprated ARBs, P5 Puredrive and now with GAZ Gold Pro and I can confirm that the GGP (with 400lb front & 300lb rear springs - aimed at being good on track but actually comfortable on the road) are head & shoulders above the others.
