Im about to book a couple of nights in London next month

Whilst Im usually happy to stay with Premier Inn they arent massively cheap as its school holidays and Hotels/Booking dot com are coming up a little cheaper with Holiday Inns and similar

And then I looked at Hotwire who are cheaper again by a loooong way with a 3* rated hotel which they say is Sheraton/Crowne Plaza equivalent

Hotwire are 2/3 the price of Hotels.com and state free breakfast which seems a nice perk

My problem is I cant find much good online said about Hotwire

Anyone have any experience of using Hotwire in the UK?

Cheers

they don't have a huge UK presence anymore really, but they are 100% legit and owned by the same parent company as Hotels.com (Expedia INC) so nothing to worry about.

I've not used it for a UK booking but I got an amazing deal on The Wynn in Las Vegas when I used it a few years ago. The "Better Bidding" forum can be a useful indicator of which hotel you might get.

Good find and many thanks!

My best guess isnt going to be far out from the info I have and its probably a Holiday Inn - their price is slightly higher than Hotels.com
