etflix probs driving me bonkers

I hope someone can help. I have an intermittent problem with Netflix theough my smart TV and PS3. Its ok on iPad and through my sons Xbox. But on the other 2 items it plays the opening couple of minutes of any show and then jt says "cannot play this title at the moment please exit or choose another"
Basically as my son would say 'its doing my bulb in'

I only get this via Hola! because the speed is too slow.

You know I reckon that might be the problem. I've had a few problems over the years with Virgin. I'll give em a yell.
