Mini Cooper Clubman engine swap

I own a petrol 2013 Mini Cooper Clubman and have spotted a low mileage 2013 JCW engine for sale. I'm aware that it can be financially economical for an engine conversion but this isn't an issue.

In addition to the engine/turbo/exhaust/clutch/ecu/loom/brakes and bodykit is there anything else I need? - I've done some research and it seems there could be an issue with the JCW ecu not properly interacting with the existing electrical components in the car?

I've heard '1320' would probably be the best people to approach?
