Shut up Matt Edmundson

I'm currently in the US and using Chrome on Android I keep getting this fking annoying Matt Edmundson fool wittering on when I don't want him to.

Me too, on an iPhone. Every effing page that has enough replies to house the little advertising video (hence my ability to reply here). I thought maybe I clicked it as I scrolled so I will let it play out and it will go away, but it gets worse! Once the first one finished not only do I get Edmondson back but the next one has one of those floppy haired Made in Chelsea gimps!!

What's worse is on an iPhone the nanosecond you attempt to scroll it pops out full screen making it near impossible to navigate away, every time you do he comes back!! I have to close Safari to get it gone.

Yup - completely rediculous. Makes the site unusable on an iphone unless you disable Java. But then the rest of the web is useless!

It looks like anyone in the US using an iPhone has the same problem.
I have to disable java which is ridiculous.

Another PHer based in the US, this is driving me mad. Just when I start to read a thread, the music from the video kicks in. If I scroll to the video I can pause it, but touching anywhere on the Ipad screen then starts if again, arggghh!

So having read the good advice here, I turn off Java in Safari while I'm on the PH forums. I then go to some other website and it of course fails to work properly because Java is turned off, so I have to turn it on again. Later in the day I go back to PH and the friggin' video starts again.......

Yes. I'm travelling in the U.S. For the next 3 weeks, and it's driving me nuts. I'm just going to give up on ph for good.
