Chap at work purchased himself a nearly new Insignia estate recently. It has these alloys on:

To me, they look far too busy and don't really work.

Anyone else have any examples of this sort of wheel design? Each to their own, of course. smile

BRZ comes to mind, though the BRZ wheels look a lot better when they're all painted one colour IMO.

There is one of these over the road from me, the wheels annoy me a bit every time I see it for some reason!

When I read the thread title, I was thinking of those Insignia wheels as the page was loading, so I totally agree!

Also agree with the GT86 wheels, they look loads better all silver.

It really is bang on isn't it?

I wonder how the conversation went in the dealership.

Punter: I would really like something different for my alloy wheels.
Dealer: What do you have in mind?
Punter: You know Ariel washing powder?
Dealer: Say no more...

It would be so much better if they were white. But not just any white, the whitest white you have ever seen.

I find a lot of modern wheels overly busy. I tend to like ones where there are just simple evenly spaced spokes radiating from the centre of the hub to the outer rim.

The picture in the OP doesn't work. What's the wheel?
