Can I use sleeve anchors as fixings to aerated block?

I want to hang some heavy shelving on a new wall, which is constructed of what I understand to be Aerated Block. Can I use sleeve anchors as fixings to aerated block? These for example:

I've used those above in aerated blocks to hold up a wazzer big punchbag

Been there 2 years now and not fallen off yet!

There are hundreds of types of block - some are fine with those anchors but the very lightweight ones aren't.

Try one.
