I think Dorret should have gone, she couldn't even make the cake at the end!

The BBC's politically correct department must be giving themselves big high fives with that ethnically diverse selection of the UK population.

I said exactly this to my wife, just need a guy in a wheelchair and they'd be sorted.

The innuendo is strong when the GBBO rolls into town. I wonder if they place bets to see who can slip it in wink

Two weeks have gone by and no further comments?

Thought it was quite suspicious that Marie, who was pretty good in the first week, then got picked up in the press for having some professional training was appalling in the second week and promptly sent home? Coincidence? Hmm.

Dorette's card had been marked quite early on, she did well in a few things but on the whole seemed below the standard of the others.

That bread lion was pretty impressive!

I don't know how far back they film these, but I think they might already be finished?

I still think this program is the BBC at its best. To inform, educate and entertain. The bread lion last night was simply superb.

Friend of mine met Hollywood at Goodwood this year and said he was actually very friendly and happy to chat.

Decent enough episode last night. Think she deserved to go! Has been pretty poor from the start. Who are people thinking will win? Ian and Tamal have to be front runners?

I'd says so by a bit of a distance at the moment...though the guv'nor usually has strong round in each one, he just needs to string 3 together.

Finding this series a bit dull so far to be honest. Not enough disasters and not enough characters.

It's a little dull but I'm still enjoying it. This weeks episode was okay, I was surprised to see Ugne (sp) go and not Flo.

I thought the wally who didn't make the right thing and presented a Swiss Roll instead would go, he's been weak every week.

Matt will be gone next week. He is now the weakest. Tbh, he was lucky to stay this, his signature bake saved him.
