Sorry, perhaps I was a bit unclear. I'm slightly surprised that the seller posted pics of a car with wheels which won't be on a car, and at the same time didn't post the actual car as it will be despite pics being available and looking rather tasty. Maybe it's just my anal nature.

I really love the gen v lightweight wheels they look so good on this viper. Perhaps they are shown so that a potential buyer would want to buy them in the deal too?

I do understand where you are coming from but for example I have 3 different sets of wheels for my car, so If I was to sell separate negotiation would be done on the desired wheels and tyres
