looking for double garage/light industrial sub-let near GU9

Hi guys,

been looking semi seriously for a year and had no success, now I have time and money to start my racer build ( http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... ) I need some room to do it, a double garage or double garage sized space in somebody's unit (300 square feet?) would be perfect,

I live in Farnham (GU9) and work in Aldershot & Farnborough so as close to GU9 postcode would be ideal, wife and I are staying with a friend now we are back from Chicago and are looking to move out into our own place but we cant afford a property in the centre of town with a garage and dont want to stay far away from the centre of town where we can afford a garage as we like the convenience of being stumbling distance from the Queens Head,

if anybody has some room they are not using or know of anything coming up I would greatly appreciate it

Hmm oh well.

Basically I know of a place in Emsworth, Hampshire - it is about 35 minutes drive from Farnham on a good run. It might be too far for you but you said you had been looking for a while so I thought I would mention it.

Let me know if you want more details. I don't want to fall foul of any commercial advertising rules by posting up anything considered to be inappropriate.

The road from upper hale to Odiham, at the Odiham end is a property called Fermoy. The woman there has several lock ups and units to rent at a 150+ per month I think which would be suitable. I looked there before but my parents old property came available when they got a new one, which has plenty of parking and garage so never went for it.

The only thing is she doesnt have motortrade use but if its for hobby only I think she doesnt mind. There was some access time restrictions too.

Yes it does - I used it to do some undersealing works on my car which is a real pain doing it on the drive at home.

I googled the address and there seems to be a few other people there, florists, photographer etc
