Saw my first new Type R this afternoon, bright red, at the Pork dealer roundabout in Shirley.

Holy cow ! It looks immense in the fleshblah This has restored my faith in humanity, buying totally OTT cars instead of the turgid dross of 4x4s and people carriers that infest our roads.

Well done sirbeer

I saw my first one in Peterborough this weekend and thought it had been crashed into the local Halfords. I have always been a big Honda fan and have had numerous Type Rs and S2000 but this car is way over the top in the styling dept.

Chavmobile was my first thought. Why does a 2.0 turbo car require quad exhaust like a GTR?

Went to the local dealer in Mansfield for look round one, it definitely has purpose, sadly didnt hear it, although with it being a 4 cylinder i cant imagine an earth shattering sound.

The Honda garage (around the corner from Porsche) have a red demo car - chances are it was that! Looks pretty good in red if you ask me.

Have seen it parked on it's drive a few times now and the colour really suits it, really nice.

Also seen a white one on the road, was following it and noticed that the rear wing sort of disappears when you are directly behind. The supports follow the C pillar from behind and the wing element follows the roof line.
