Tomorrow I'll be mostly sorting out a vibration which I think is the tyres. They are quite old and I've been looking for an excuse to get rid of the Falkens on the back for a while now.

I'll be also re-sticking the foam roll bar cover back on.

Longer term - whacking a new battery in.

That's my goals for the remainder of the week. What do you have planned?

What would I like to do - respray the car.
However after the valuation article in Sprint that my wife read, apparently it's not worth it now..

Take out the paddle clutch which seemed like a good idea at the time and replace it with a nice original AP. Which I will be doing tomorrow.

Never boring or a short list when owning a Cerb!

- Install new expansion tank

- Install replacement OEM aluminium pedals which have sat in the cupboard for the last 12 months awaiting fitting

- Test new spare ECU lead and write up my ECU key decryption code and photos spin

Try tiger seal, everything else I used held for a while then fell off.

Try a healthy dose of 'evostick' great for fabrics and other materials, good bonding time and workability. Used on my under bonnet insulation and boot carpet... Solid!

And buying new gearbox mounts as both are split and a new flywheel as the incorrectly fitted rivets on my paddle clutch have destroyed a spanking new raceproved ultralight in less than 800 miles.

Byker ever considered a vinyl wrap?.. When I do get the urge for a new colour in a year or 2 I may opt for a matte metallic red. (Done by Totally Dynamic of course).

And John that does not sound good mate. Who fitted the rivets, you or a 'specialist'?

I'd like to have someone replace the starter motor and windscreen, then whip the body off and restore the chassis. I'd then like them to fit my Ohlins dampers, and finish up with a respray and a new exhaust system.

I'll settle for washing it and going for a little drive though.

I've thought about it but I'd like to do the job properly. Just quietly saving up the money and will use the power of sulk nearer the time. Having spent £10.5k getting the car mechanically perfect, I'd like it to look it as well.
I'm trying to keep the car as original looking as possible so want to respray in rosso pearl, but it's so faded in places a full respray (everything off/out) is the only option.
