Mondeo 130 Duratorq built 2005 - temp reds zero, fan on and engine totally flat running, no boost, no power - No ECU warning (check bulb ok)
This symptom has developed recently and is resolved by stopping and re-starting - temp gauge immediately climbs to correct position and engine normal.....suggestions / known issue?
The fan appeared to lock on after leaving car despite only being 1/4 warm (2 miles) - start again, shows 1/4 warm, fan off and engine normal
