I kmow some on here have a bit of a downer on Shmee 150, I myself have critised him in the past over the whole London scene situation. But you do have to give the guy credit.

And when the son of a McLaren P1 owner is more excited about the fact he is able to invite Shmee to drive said P1 than amything else you have to take your hat off to him. He certainly is living a dream with a fan base to match.

Check out the video of Shmee about to wet himself as he has a "Best Day Ever" The P1 drive comes about halfway through but the rest is worth a watch if you like Eggs too

It seems like it but it actually makes a whole lot of sense. Shmee creates content that is very aspirational in nature so of course younger people will look up to him. Its basically a reminder that anything is possible and so what's so weird about that?

I'm possibly being a bit old here, but aren't supercars aspirational anyway?

I don't think there's any real mileage in anyone aspiring to follow in Shmee's vlogging footsteps. Credit where it's due he's made his money in part due to an unconventional career and had a certain talent for exploiting the market at the right time, etc but it's debatable whether simply copying him would equal success.

Frankly I think there's as much aspirational value in it as trying to make the next Flappy Birds clone. A lot of competition and mere emulation isn't enough.
