I have a Heuer Monaco CS2111 from 2000. I don't wear it every day and it's an automatic so when I tried to adjust the date yesterday it doesn't move just clicks.
Any ideas on what has gone wrong or who can sort it out?
I'm based near Manchester. Thanks.

Make sure the hour hands are not near the 12 or 6 o'clock position and try again.

It still tells the time, just doesn't move the date. Any ideas on who can fix it?

Any authorised reseller should be able to send it back to Tag for a service.

It might be worth checking with an independent watch repair specialist first - I know there are quite a few who post on these forums, but unsure of names. I believe Variomatic repairs watches ... ? Anyway, an independent will be less expensive and have a quicker turnaround than TAG Heuer. If you send it to Heuer, expect it to be away for a good 8-12 weeks.

Nothing come through, I'll send you one now to see if the temperamental PM system works the other way.

Most likely cause of the problem is that you've tried to change the date while it was auto changing. All date parts are still avaiable for it so shouldn't be a big problem to sort smile

Big thanks to Variomatic; sent my apparently knackered Monaco to him and all fixed quickly and cheaply. Great communication, honest advice and all in all a great service, can't recommend him highly enough.
