Sorting Out a New - to me - Car

Guys, hoping you can help me out.
I have just bought a 2nd hand XC90 from a friend. It was a good deal for both of us as they were emigrating and about to go down the wbac route and Fundamentally it'sa good car. Having however been a nanny-driven family wagon, it's a bit feral. I am not too fastidious about cars (talk of clay bars and "the two bucket method" has me reaching for my trusty service revolver) but I would like this one gingered up a bit.
Anyone able to recommend a good mobile valet outfit in SW London as I think this one will need a bit more than the local Albanian hand-washers can manage?
