Quite eye-opening how bad these cars fare in a crash. It was a fairly low speed impact, yet the shell seems to be totalled. Even the roof is completely bent and there's a massive gap between the windshield and the right (opposing side) A-pillar.
Since this is such a "special" care, I'm sure it's already on a Cellette.

Oh sorry....well, the thread is about dear old Magnus smashing up his car after numerous self promoting videos of him driving like a nutter on public roads.

You say you don't want to get on the bandwagon (or words to that effect) of slating the old boy for his stupidity....so surely the best way to illustrate this was to not join such a thread at all?

That was my 'bleedin' point!

Said with humour too, so please don't get all nasty biggrin

Put simply, after years of driving around public roads like a nutter, his luck ran out....unfortunately for him...it happened on camera....whilst taking a journalist out for a ...um....spin!!

Its easy to be critical from a high vantage point. Very easy. And a bit crass.

I dont defend him, he dropped the ball here big style. He will be very angry with himself.

He should come out and admit his mistake. I expect him to tweet about it soon.

I remember when a Porsche hit me and put me into the wall at 70 mph. That twhat thought he was Magass Walker...

Every vantage point is high when looking down on someone as low this hairball..

As long as they have two grooves the proper thread depth. I run a set on my Rs211 but it is only a sunny day car..

So it never rains on a sunny day (greasy roads are the worst)?

I've always been a fan of Magnus' creations and his P for P. He clearly wasn't looking at the road and was driving too quickly which is an odd thing to do when you're not looking at the road - I'm not impressed and neither was the journo - she's a lucky girl.

Perhaps his beard got caught in the steering wheel? That's not even a tightening corner or B road with bumps. Deary me. I'm no God's gift driving wise but that's dire.

He needs to go back to a RWD Morris Ital 1.3 and work his way up to the 1.7.

Obviously more car than talent.
