Don't know if I'm behind on this, just found the link. I hope a Sally B decal set is included

Now that looks fantastic. I've been holding off an buying the Revell B-17G. It might have been a wise move.

It would be nice to have an RAF option as well.

The USAAF service vehicles look good too.

Sad to say I'm unlikely to build the Fortress but that looks likely to be a great model

I could be tempted by the vehicle set wink

However I am looking forward to making at least one, maybe several of the new Sea King variants

And 1:48 scale tempts me again, the Defiant looks awesome

The Roy Cross box art will be difficult to improve upon.

Much as I love Roy Cross artwork, I think Adam Tooby is doing a great job - with the odd glitch.

Did he do the copper collector rings on the new artwork for the Catalina?

One of those odd glitches?

Yes - as spotted by you smile

He also left off the tailplane on the Lightning F6 artwork - although I suspect that was a final composition error rather than an error by the artist.

But I do like what he does. He also produces artwork for the Osprey series of books.

Yes I think Adam Tooby's CGI stuff is good too, but the Roy Cross "Flying Fortress" is an iconic painting, IMO.

Although it's also got its share of "exaggerations", if not inaccuracies.
