Just got my Oct C&SC in the post c/w 3/4 page assessment of Griff 500.

Fairly reasonable and accurate as compared to my car, although not too sure where the £12k bottom of the price range cars are, Target Netherlands excluded.

Any fellow Griff comments?

I know article was about 500 - but they probably just included 4.0L values, - some are available £10-12k

Bought a copy today, dunno why now. Usual stuff, journo admits he can't drive early on in piece, was advised not to do research on the car beforehand by a TVR obsessive colleague outsold by chims manhole covers are ice like in the wet etc etc corrosion is one of the biggest problems with the Griffith particularly the outriggers, but, surprisingly, there is no risk of the glass fibre bodywork rusting.

Shock, horror. Surely not! And there was I thinking my 94 was worth megabucks ! Not parting either way, anyway.

Yep fair enough, nothing in article that we didn't know already.

Cheers.

Not saying at those figures they are the better ones. I know of a precat that went for less than £8k recently but needed that spending on it again so you get what you pay for generally.

Maybe harsh on the journo, but does anyone else think they could have written this with 30 minutes access to google having never driven a Griff?
