Dark Chocolote Lover's
Discussion
I'm not sure what my favourite is, Lindt 70 is actually a good choice (IMHO), I find the plain chocolate bars at Hotel Chocolat too sweet for my taste. Some of the smaller chocolatier products can be fun - Waitrose traditionally has been a great place for a decent selection, though I find some of the 'cru' bars can vary year from year. Funny thing is when I got in to strong dark chocolate there were very few options around and the bastion of the time I won't touch as I find their chocolate poor quality - Green and Blacks.
BTW - you'll find higher cocoa solid chocolate is a very personal thing. I like 85% but find anything over 90% just a bit too dry.
All my personal views of course.

Lidl's own brand Bellarom Premium Dark Chocolate 74% Cocoa - https://www.lidlcommunity.co.uk/t5/Product-Reviews...
A bargain at around 39p a slab.

Any dark chocolate lover's on here? Dark as in minimum 70% cocoa, I recently turned to the dark side and discovered a whole new appreciation for chocolate. Just wondering if there is anybody else out there and if so what are your favorite bar's and where do you buy from etc?
I wonder if you love inappropriately placed apostrophes even more though, I think you do. Sainsbury's 85% dark chocolate is my downfall. You get five 25g individual bars in the pack which should allow you to ration yourself. Should.

That stuff^^ If I'm near a waitrose but the Lidl/Aldi selection is very good for the price

Which Willies bars do people rate as I need to try one of those. In the hype days I tried two of the 100% blocks and was unimpressed and since then I tried one of his square bars (a 70% or 72% one) and found it to be extremely poor - powdery in both taste and texture, no clean snap and slightly rough in texture.
BTW this can be a fun and expensive site to browse - almost went to one of their tasting sessions, but the friend I was going to go with had to drop out. Not been on it for a fair while so apologies if it's no longer fun and inspirational.
