Hi folks, my physio tells me my feet are flat and has suggested a bespoke fitting for some running shoes. I've been to see these people http://www.profeet.co.uk/ who want £40 for an hour long assessment before I buy anything. They offer a 20 min free fitting session but I don't think that will be sufficient.

1) does this sound about right?
2) any suggestions for an alternative in West London?
3) Anything I need to look out for?

Thanks.

I have used profeet for an assessment and they were very good. I know a lot of the Ultra guys use them if that carries any credibility? I think the Asics store in London has a service but you are tied to their brand of shoe.

Run and Become in London are also good and you can have a coaching session with them as well to help select the right shoes.
Alton Sports also have been very helpful with video analysis on a running machine to help selection

Thank both, went to Run and Become who were superb. Saved a fortune on what profeet would have charged (probably legitimately just not for me).
