Try Chris Brown, i used him for some GRP work on my old TVR and it went through insurance. I think he is Brownys Blower on here, link to his website below.

If not, Stratton Motor Company or Roy Humphries and both very good.

Elise has been repaired at SMC and classic Elan & Europa worked on at RH.

Thanks guys...I had another recommendation for Chris Brown and thE insurers will use him, plus for the mechanics they will use Matt Smith (TVR guru)... So hopefully it should look better than at present...

Check the quality of the paintwork on Mat's S, Chris Brown did that and in all honesty is one of the best I've seen. I know Mat did a lot of polishing but still it is damned good.

Definitely thumbs up for Chris Brown and Mat Smith. 100 yards apart, so Mat will keep a close eye on progress for you.
Dare one ask what happened? Were you hurt?

Had my S painted recently at Eric Poole & Sons in Claydon near Ipswich. Not cheap but he's done a terrific job Andy, I had all the door hinge mounts done too. He does most of Kerridges work.. biggrin

That's a nice piece of work.... yes
Glad to hear of people happy with paint jobs - you hear so many negatives these days.

Did you have any luck? If not - HQ Fibre Products did some repairs for my series 4 Lotus seven back in the day - did a cracking job and cheaply. He's a bit of a man-in-a-shed operation, but highly recommended. He's based out near Brundle.

Not sure if he does GRP but Robin at RJM in Stowmarket is worth a call, he did some work for me earlier this year and it was outstandingly good!
