London to Bologna

Hi everyone,
I'd really like some advice please on the best route to take driving from London to Bologna. Apologies if this is a rehash but I've looked online and there are quite a few different options. It's a bloody long drive so I'm keen not to go off route / sit on a boring road for too long!
Driving to Maranello for a factory tour / track day next Friday 11th Sep at 11am. Ideally, would like to stop overnight in Paris to see my sister and then crack on driving early the next day into Italy. I guess I'll need leave the UK on Wednesday, stay the night in Paris and crack on from there on Thursday morning ready for an early morning in Maranello on Friday.
