Anyone got access to the CAP guide who can help me out?
Discussion
Bad accident yesterday. My fault. Car is certainly written off. I'm now without a car. I understand insurers use this to value cars. I need to know how much money I will likely have to play with. I've checked the free options with parkers and glass. However I'm told most use CAP.
If anyone can help me out I'll happily give a few quid to charity or something. Just panicking now as I need a car for work so am stressed.
Car was nothing special. Was not the best in the country. But it was all I had. I'm more annoyed about hurting my partner than losing the car.

What happened?
PM sent. Really appreciate the help guys.
With regards to what happened. I misjudged something, ended up hitting a tree and sending the car in the air into a bridge which took out the top of that and landed us in a river. Fortunately it rolled over onto the wheels again. Police were very good. Emergency services were very good. Can't really fault anyone apart from myself.
Thanks to the guyss who have helped me out via PM. The car has been assigned to a salvage company by insurers. And it's worth slightly more than I thought. So that is one positive to this whole thing. Both glass and CAP seem to agree about the value - so even without considering the cruise, and reverse parking sensors I'll be happy with the sort of settlement those figures suggest. Just need to find another car now as I cannot get a courtesy car as they think it will be written off.
