New bike...to me

Bought a ZX-9r the other weekend, keeping my hornet as well but thinking I'll use this for the odd track day and when I fancy going a little faster. Seems to have been well looked after so should be fun.

Already swapping the 6 pot Tokicos for 4 pot Nissins as they just appear to be a nightmare.

Lovely, I always enjoyed riding those. You really felt like you were riding something substantial an meaty (ooh-err).

Can I ask what you paid? I was considering one as a track day hack myself.

That one was £1700, probably over paid a bit but he threw in an optimate, paddock stand and various new bolts.
Either 21k or 23k miles (can't remember which). Also was fairly local to me so far easier to go see than the others which were over a hundred miles away.

If you live up north it looks like you'll have your pick of many!

Only thing is that now as the fairings are so well looked after I want another set to use for track...
