11 into 20 goes - but no jail for her (20 year old)
Discussion
At 10-11 years old my voice would have been a few octaves higher and the idea of sex would have sent me into a fit of giggles. But at 11-12 years it was all wet dreams and trying to hide random erections.
Not excusing what she did, but I bet this only came out because the kid bragged to his mates at school.

Pretty shocking if that reflects the truth really. The boy "said he had not [enjoyed it] as it was wrong"
The dad who seems to have a vested interest in the girl not going to prison then goes right against this.
That the father had been cracking on with a girl with such a mental age speaks volumes. The boy being 'sex mad' at 11 is a bit worrying too (don't get me wrong, lots of 11 year olds would be but its not something you'd expect to be so overt)
I get the impression that the father contacted the police (the article states he noticed love bites on the boy). If that was the case I wonder if it was anger/jealousy which prompted it rather then any concern for his boy.
Seems like a thoroughly grim situation and I hope the judge and the famlies situation are given appropriate scrutiny.

One thing that worth remembering is that while this sounds about as fked up a sentence as it gets we do not have full access to what actually as heard in court.
It seems very wrong that if the genders had been reversed the offence and therefore the sentencing guidelines would be different.
