Was it still being paid for, or had the C2W finished. Who technically owns the bike then, our company scheme states you must ensure the bike, although I doubt that covers this sort of failure!
The C2W scheme had finished on the bike. I made the final payment of 7% of the bikes value to use the bike for another few years before I effectively own it.
Giant are replacing the frame. Unfortunately I won't get it back till the end of January so my CX racing season is over, just as I was hitting the heady top half of the field.
Glad it's sorted. Just a shame you had to go through such a mess when the answer should be from the shop "oh I'm sorry to see that sir. We will get it resolved". NOT "not my problem mate. Talk to Giant".
