certainly is, well spotted :-) (i suppose the 'ness' in the background gives it away a bit !)

this part of the Devon area is a favourite spot of mine for photography
It is lovely all right. In the right conditions looking from back beach up the estuary towards the moor is great. Or looking up-stream from the Coombe Cellars of course...

I really need to get out with my camera again.

Not even in the same league as a lot of the fine photos on this thread, but here is my effort. Taken with a Fujifilm F660EXR point and shoot.

Love this shot - something about the clouds/water/sunset just works perfectly

Seriously strong images this month, and me being a bit late judging sorry! So trying to choose images with strong comp where water is essential and primary aspect of the image, but ooh pretty! Very hard.. biggrin

3rd creative use of water here and great composition

Second place to Robbie, love the atmosphere, and a gorgeous pic overall piped at the post tho...

^^ Great composition indeed.

And the winner is Nezquick for his amazing 'snap' killer composition just trumps everything. Helps to have some good light too smile Now I think you get to choose Decembers theme!
