I must be more in hajaba123's demographic than AndyCooperS' - I have heard nothing about the i8 either, but maybe they have hit their sales target where I live! (cynic)!

Haha yeah, maybe, guess having an E93 M3, and previously an M135i, 2 Lotus Elises and a Z4MC means I'm unlikely to be a buyer!

being fair to them I had a generic call yesterday with a message to call back if they can help with my enquiry in any way

I had my drive in the M3 on Saturday, to be fair to them I clearly wasn't buying but they still accommodated me and let me have a good run out in it.

Went away happy with a couple of brochures for some evening reading!

Very impressed with the car though, very easy to drive very fast - easily the fastest car I've driven.

Had mine today, was with a woman so not solo, might be due my age - 21 in a 435i

Can't really afford a new one.... Can't at all. Left some details about a used 335i if they get one in next spring though.

I requested an i8 drive. Genuinely interested.

Had a call at the end of last week, so a bit of time between the request and the call.

I had a couple of questions about the battery etc and how it all works. The guy who called didn't have a clue.

The date I asked for (Friday 5th) wasn't available as the car was out on a demo and I arranged for a call back on Monday when i'd be in front of my diary to book another date. The call never came.
