Spotted the programme tonight . Thieving dealer well worth sticking on planner.

Moderator edit: no need to name and shame those not reported in programme.

Every now and again I catch an episode of Watchdog and, to be fair, some of the articles are typical journo sensationalism.
You know the score: "Shocked granny astounded to receive £100 phone bill after playing just 5 hours of online bingo on her mobile phone in Australia"....

Not this one. Oh no. It was pretty clear what was going on and whether it was deliberate dodgy activity or merely incompetent administration.
Not a company I would choose to deal with after watching that.

Worth viewing on catchup, just for the sheer brass neck of the owner.

I enjoyed that, thanks for pointing it out. I'm alway surprised how nice and reserved people are after realising they are being scammed, takes a level head. I suppose the times he's had to give cash refunds with a claw hammer precariously near his head never make it to tv shows.

No issues with the profit on the sale, but shocking messing the seller about.
Why do that? You've made £2k, no need to play silly buggers
Greed I guess

Almost bought an SLK55 from him - but he didn't seem interested in talking to me about it despite how far I'd travelled. His description of the S/H was less than accurate too.

what, topic about a scumbag car dealers been up 11hours and we're still yet to be curtly informed that the car buying public are all in fact massive wkers by our resident apologists? This place is slipping.

Given that there are a number of concerns named williams I think its fair to link to exactly who is being referred to by the TV program?
