In 30 years time your boy will be able to look back at that photo and say "that was the moment it all changed " . He looks smitten proper little petrol head.

One pic I grabbed from the advert, I'll take some more and start a RR thread on it in the next few days.

I'll remove the Forge sticker as it's not quite to my tastes, other than that I can't think of a thing I want to change!

Did you by chance collect it from Kent?

Sorry, completely forgot I'd started this thread, been a busy day smile

Yep seven hour round trip but I've got my new-to-me 2010 Clio 200 sat on the drive. Completely over the moon with it. It;s a track toy so it's caged, got a quaife diff, megane turbo engine in it, tons of other mods. It's epic.
Sounds amazing! Whoever built that must have some huge cahonas!

Glad your enjoying it John! Was a sad moment watching you drive off with it.... But like I said, even if you have half the amount of fun that I had with it, then you will be extremely happy with the car.

Meant to text you when I got home - it's great smile

Can't believe something that corners like that was actually reasonably comfortable on a 140 mile trek from Kent to Berkshire. Should make the run to Spa next year a doddle.

Why thank you. I originally bought the car new then built it into 99% of what it is now, as my version of the ultimate Clio.

I only sold it to fund going racing.

But to the new owner, it's a beast. It loves the Ring and Spa. Enjoy.

Hi Mat,

I have to say your video of it chasing a 911 around the 'ring pretty much sealed the deal for me. Can't imagine how rapid it must have been in-gear with the Clio gearbox in it.

Good stuff. It's a cracking car, I was tempted to add more power, but feared it might take away from its usability.

Either way, enjoy!

Lovely thing, were you up at Blyton Park for the Cliosport day? There were a couple of storm grey cars there and I'm sure a boosted one was among their number!
