I've just got back from a 300 mile round trip weekend away with the wife (her 3rd time in the car in the 2 and a half years since I built it!). She says her hearing has just come back now.

Car absolutely filthy due to being driven in part on wet muddy roads, but car behaved perfectly, even including how much luggage can be crammed into the containers and behind seats.

This weekend will be spent washing the mud off, then starting my small list of minor niggles.

My missus had the heating problem. Bought her a set of Bose noise cancelling headphones which she loves. Says the engine sounds even better.
