To recap, the OP is asking for the PIN code to switch off the alarm when the remotes don't work any more - otherwise its permanently immobilised.
The MED alarm system control box is most likely to be under the centre console controls on the left hand side when you remove the control panel (certainly there in the Diablo).
I suspect if you had the serial number off it, you could contact either MED directly or a dealer to get a replacement PIN code card for when you remotes stop functioning, and you cannot start the car.
I have not found a keypad anywhere in my Diablo, but have a similar system in my 95 Ferrari 456 with the keypad in the glovebox.

I have a 2005 Murci, owned from new, and there's no pin card. Just looked through all the paperwork, and have the same MED paperwork as you, and in Italian. I've never read it before, but can now see the Pin Card para. It does say duplicates can be obtained, but there's no keypad anyway. All the coding I've done is by the tedious turning off and on ignition and repeatedly pressing alarm buttons. Sorry though, none of that any help if you don't have a functioning remote.
Righty, read your original post again. In an 02 Murci, you have old style Diablo keys and separate remote don't you ? The MED extract you show above is the later (>04) integrated MED and key surely ?
Righty, further edit. On the page opposite the one you posted, it does indeed give you an emergency switch off procedure, using the pin card, by turning the ignition off and on for as many times as indicated by the 1st figure of the personal code, then wait for LED confirm and repeat for remaining numbers, etc...
How strange, every day's a school day.

ciao,
even in my f355 there is no keypad for the alarm.
sigh.
I have a '02 with separate keys and a remote control in hand.
the starting procedure of emergency I get it but I have not code .: this is the problem.
and I do not I know where is the control unit: maybe there wrote some code somewhere.
I spoke with many owners and hardly anyone knows or has the pin-card!
incredible!
I'll try to call the MED if it still exists....(in italy there is 1 dealer in Bergamo, the other are closed!)
