I need some help on behalf of a Diablo owner who doesn't really do forums and such like on the internet.
I have been given the task of finding out where he can purchase the motor for the passenger side electric window as its now on the verge of 'packing up.' Does anybody know if Lamborghini used another car manufacturer for these spares when it was produced in the 90's? Or was the window motor specifically designed for the Diablo? Better still can any of you enthusiasts put me on to a good lead where to source, an original motor for the electric window? or second hand? or from another car manufacture that Lamborghini used in the 90's. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can forward all the info on to him. People that know me or know 'him' ....... It's for a yellow Diablo Roadster. Thank you most kindly! 'He' believes I wont be able to have the knowledge to find one - please make my day and so I can pass on the contacts, it's worth a beer for me!! LOL

Spray wd 40 down the window channel as it gets dry in there causing the window to go up very slow

Thank you guys.... I have passed on your comments. The owner is aware of your Euro Spares and so will give them a try. And as just commented. The WD40 is worth ago too! Thank You. Any other contacts for window motors always greatly appreciated - might even earn me TWO pints!! LOL

No need to go beyond Eurospares. Usually arrives the next day.

if the channels are like an alcantara type material, what you actually want to do is sand them with rough sand paper - the window slows when it gets too smooth.
Roy Cats told me, and it worked well on my SV. If they get really smooth, only option is to replace them.

I find Lamborghini Manchester cheaper than Eurospares btw. Ask for Simon.
