Morning,

As part of the on going tidying of the interior this piece needs attention.

I had to get very aggressive with the radio to get that out to get but this piece but now it is out. The rubberised coating gets marked / scuffed and looks a bit untidy.

A new piece of bent metal from Lamborghini is £500 plus the vat.....

I have had success on Ferrari ashtrays powder coating them Matt black - you really cant tell the difference, or I had thought about Carbon Dipping - I don't have any other carbon parts. Would Carbon on this bit only look a bit naff ?

Thanks

sorry it is off to powder coaters.

It is the bit with a rubberised coating that holds the air con unit and creates the surround for the radio.

i'd get it dipped (hydrocoated) carbon. Looks great, have done it to many cars.

I'm doing the same part, and the steering column shrouds. Carbon always looks great in lambo/fezza/porsche interiors smile
