Took black beauty out to lotus cars for club night last night and who was there opening his boot of his new black 2003 Elise.....Allan Walton from Classic Car Mag. I mean out of the thousands of cars hes reviewed and thrashed to bits, the good old British car comes out on top. All the same we are pleased to have him in the club and comes across as a nice chap too

Maybe he wasn't offered sufficient discount on an Enzo

A very very nice choice, but what could he have been carrying in the boot . . . a spare key, a credit card, << Pure Envy >>

Actually Hazel recently commented that she can fit her bum or her handbag in but not both.

I always got the impression that he rather liked the Elise from the articles in NZCC. Having said that, having seen that new V6 Exige they've just released in Geneva or the forthcoming Esprit Replacement that's looking VERY tasty it might be worth holding onto my pennies after the TR is completed for a few years

Hahahah I had to re-read my entry to figure out exactly what the devil you were on about and yes... a typo there could have been very bad.... seems I'm not the only one here with a slightly-less-than-wholesome mind LOL

Actually i've radically redesigned the Fraser after complaints from Hazel and it now has three bedrooms and a lap pool. Oh, no it hasn't. I must have made that up. We are off to the lotus- mongers on sunday-which will be my first fraser- club outing (this part is true)
