No running Nankang NS2Rs and PFC Z-rated pads / Motul 600 bf. I had SPA the dat before so the PS2 wouldn't have survived there.

The car was great actually, just enough travel and roll to cope with the bumps and feel the limit of grip, respectively.

It's a great package actually, good VFM and comfy to travel long distances despite the tyres.

Cool setup, did the pads survive? I didn't have too much DS1.11 left after 40 laps with only a 265... How many laps did you manage?

I did 25 laps, all around the 9:00 mark. It looks like there is 60% of the material left, and that includes 25 odd SPA laps the day before.

Not much deposit on the discs so while the friction coefficient is not that high, they are built for endurance.

I'll finish them at Bedford next week !

No it's taken from the bridge after Aremberg. It's a public bridge for local infield access. They wouldn't allow drones on a track day, I don't think.

Great day!

Photos were awesome too.

I was there in my 996. I think i was stood with your lot in the signing on queue?

I was very much inspired by your double header spa/ring trip. Do you have a more info about the spa side of things? Links on how to book etc?

Yes it's all here http://spa-francorchamps.be/en/public-driving-expe...

It can work out more expensive per lap than a full TD and it's sessioned but it was ideal as a shakedown prior to the "big event" at the Ring, as the dates coincided, but not always the case. I guess I got about 25 laps at Spa, which was plenty actually. Other thing is by choosing pack A, I was done at 2.00pm and could catch DN15 registration and briefing that day and no dicking about on Friday AM, straight out ! We can keep you in the loop for next year, it will be the same gang again.

I love the 4S actually, what a classic! Must be appreciating nicely too.
