Nineteen inch tyres.

What diameter are you going for? What size tyres are your speedo calibrated for?

The only relevant info in the question is the rim size & width, the rest does not affect the fit, having said that as above there is nothing like enough info there to answer the question any more specific than:-

Anywhere between 225/30 & 255/60 for the front & 245/30 & 275/55 for the rear and that is a wide spread of sizes.

When you know what you have try putting the info in

That sounds right for road tyres. They're usually nominally sized at the widest point which tends to be about an inch wider than the rim. I'd suggest aiming towards the narrower end of the range. Narrow tyres on a wide rim work well under cornering (as long as you don't take it to extremes) since the tyre deflection tends to counteract body roll and keep the contact patch flat to the road. Wider tyres on a narrow rim doesn't work nearly as well because the tyre deflection and body roll both work in the same direction and tend to pick up the inner edge under heavy cornering. If you're only going in a straight line that might not matter - for drag racing I expect the strategy would be completely different.
