As the Title says, I'm looking for a Motorhome and wondered if anyone knew of one that fits my criteria?

Perfect spec:-

Rear island bed

Two other beds for kids.

Garage which will fit a KTM Enduro bike

Less than 8M long

4 seat belts

Big fridge / freeezer

Thoughts?

My Burstner Nexxo A698G would take the bikes but has a transverse rear bed plus over-cab and the dinette converts into a double. Twin rear wheels and plated to 3950KG

Quite rare though. Not sure you'll find an island bed under 8m with such a large garage but others may have ideas.

We have an Auto roller 600g that's similar. I don't see how you'll get an island bed with a garage under. The floor around the bed will eat into the garage too much.

Better off looking at some of the German models, Cathargo, Burstner, Hymer most will meet your criteria.

696G has raised bed you go up 2 steps to get onto the bed

Some have floating beds, so you can raise or lower them depending on how much head room you need in the garage.

Isn't an island bed a raised bed with a lower floor to walk each side? So it looks more like a bedroom. So there's room under the bed, but much less height below the walkway.

What (I think...) you're describing is just a bed over a garage. (Which is what we have and is brilliant.)

Is this not what you are looking for, with a garage underneath?

That's why I said he wouldn't get an island bed with a garage that big, going to need a transverse bed for the garage as you don't need to walk around it.
Thought I saw something the other day when looking but it was Tag axle and would be > 8m like this

but with an island bed

The photo is of a Cathargo C-Tourer, comes in at under 8m, with a garage.

I also ride Enduro and my bike will fit into mine just about, although I plan to extend the chassis and mount outside (depending on where I go).

I have the new Hymer T class 7.8m - https://www.hymer.com/en/models/motorhomes/semi-in...

I was going for a bigger vehicle to start with but this one is fantastic, plus just big enough that you can fit (I park anywhere ish).

There are a couple of different configurations for sleeping up the front over the table area (for the kids depending on age).

Mine also has big fridge & freezer, inverter, microwave and other gadgets to allow me to work on the move.

I have been living in it since the end of September... just coming back from Croatia as I type this.

RS is well worth a look.

I hope to have one some day.

That said, have you ever had a motorhome before? If not its worth considering getting the biggest possible option you can because if you have 2 kids in there too space will be very tight indeed.
