I have been rather remiss in updating my Elan build thread for some tim and now cannot find it! My profile only goes back 60 days so nothing is showing up. I have tried a search but no luck. Is there a simple way to find my old topics?

Your profile goes way back to when you joined here - Are you clicking the correct link?

Click on "my stuff" followed by "my topics" then the date tabs along the top which go up in increments of 30 days.

My profile page only allows me to go back 60 days. I guess that I am doing something wrong but what, I have no idea :-)

When you click 30-60 days it moves to the right and 60-90 days appears in its place. smile

Still not far enough back. I haven't been on here for many months.

Keep clicking. It changes every time. If you reckon it doesn't take a screenshot showing it.

I've scanned back to 4300+ days ago and you don't seem to have a post with a build thread?

Is it possible you had another user account at that time?

Are you sure the build thread was on PH?

I've done it to 6000 days (17 years, albeit rather pointless) and he hasn't started any such thread so he's full of st.

That's a bit aggressive... going back, it might have been a second user name, etc. Not sure why you need to suggest what you did - it's hardly something that would be made up...!

If it exists it's not under that moniker. Topic probably wasn't even on this site.

Says 148 months under your user name. I'd say that qualifies as many.

Sure looks that way :-)

Now that I know how to look I have done the same and, as you say, there is no such thread. I guess that's old age memory for you. I have running threads on couple of other forums and, having been a member on here for a few years, I assumed I had started one here.

My last contribution was in October, so not that far back! :-)

If anyone would be remotely interested I could start a thread, if only to show that I am not completely full of male cow excretion :-)

There is little point in starting from the beginning as members would die of boredom. I started the rebuild in around 2004, the car not being touched since I broke it at the 1985 Street Racer Championships. I have been rebuilding, on and off, since then. This is a video I took in 2015 prior to the body being fitted so the roll cage could be designed and installed.

I will start a thread this evening.
