Anyone got any contacts or different numbers for Alphera?

I have literally called them 50+ times over the last month and cannot get through for love nor money. 90 minutes waiting yesterday - no one seems to pick the phone up. Not answering emails either! Not very helpful when need to speak to them about something.

I recently bought a car which had outstanding finance with them, I was sat with the seller for 90 mins on the phone getting through. Probably the longest call queue I've ever experienced.
