Has anyone had any dealings with this company? A friend is currently selling a house through them and is concerned as it all seems to easy. Having seen the contract it's no fees and they you use there own solicitor.

I would imagine that all goes swimmingly until right before completion then they will reduce their offer by a decent amount.

If not already, their final offer will be heavily under market - how they make their cash, those who 'need' to sell quickly.

If he doesn't have to sell in the next couple of weeks, do it properly.

Well, by properly I mean use an estate agent, what a shower of ste they can be.

From their reviews:

"easy to deal with but not as I would have expected, the advisor knew that I was aware of the process but still tried to make me think that the price offered would be the price we would move forward with once we had agreed a way to sell"

So I'm guessing they say you'll get say £400k then they hawk it around, but if the best offer is substantially less, that's what you actually get.

Having read the documents it says the sale won't be for less than X amount.

They act as attorneys to the property rather than you selling the title at the point of trade. Not sure how this affects current stamp duty rules.

We have just bought a house from a quick move company. We got a good deal, but are now having to resolve quite a few things, which might normally be resolved through a more traditional sale
