Why have you got 2 different domains?

On shop site

Phone no is not clickable

Logo says www.lemonsigns.com ???

Huge ugly white space to right of logo

"Haven’t found what you looking
for?"

for? is orphaned which looks silly

If I add 2 x Maxi Banner (Straight) and checkout it says: There are no shipping methods available.

Also what exactly do I get ? - a blank product ?

The formatting on the checkout is messed up with prices outside the right hand edge of the box

I'd have a go at making one myself, how hard can it be?

But if we all use that approach we'd all have crap signs, crap websites...

Get someone to do it properly.

No budget - same reason for people to make signs themselves or buying the cheapest ones wink

I'd wait until you do. It doesn't need to be expensive.

Trouble with trying to DIY it always looks like you DIY'd it, which in turn suggests the above, and imo that's not the best image to give a customer.

agree with other comments...

- use shop.lemonsigns.com not www.lemonsigns-shop.com if it needs to be a separate site
- why not just have it all on one website? I can't see why you are splitting it...
- the shop is not sitting on a secure site - if I go to an ecommerce website and the first thing I see is a padlock with a line through it, I leave... your ssl is invalid for that domain.
- checkout is all with an invalid certificate - no way would I buy from you
- your website - the contact info is v. difficult to read
- your shop - why do you only have one phone number not both?
- why is the vat info etc. on the website, not the shop website
- if I go to add a banner to the cart it does nothing - I need to choose options, but there is no error message to tell me that - it just does nothing
- pricing is confusing - I go to Maxi Banner (Straight) for £159.54 - then choose the size and price is the same - then choose print and it jumps to over £400 - what use is a banner without it being printed?!
- the checkout layout is all screwy
- I can only checkout with paypal - a serious business really does need to look at offering direct credit card, esp. B2B

consolidate to one website under your main domain - and get it done properly - unless you know what you are doing, don't use wordpress for the shop - use Shopify or BigCommerce - both are serious grown-up options for a serious grown-up business

if you are not sure what you are doing - get someone to do it for you, it need not be hugely expensive - but you do need to invest to make your business grow and it is a very competitive online world for banners etc. so at the moment you are looking very weak

I'm aware about the products page issue - if you click on any prudct type it does work...

I have paid for someone to check the spelling and grammar (english teacher) as english is my second language - not sure what else could I do?

All valid points and will work on those.

FSB Logo Update
LS Logo removed
Product page issue sorted
Footer updated

Looking at the theme situation now

Thank you for the motivation - working on it like a little ant now

Photo quality - apart from hiring a photographer each time we install a sign we can't do much - it's all mobile phone images - most of the competitors use similar quality pics - I will try to improve...
