Building a garage (builder advice)

I want to build a garage 6m x 8.5m
with 2 garage doors and front door a 45 degree pitch roof with 3 dormers so I can have an annex above.
Can any builder give me a rough idea of cost please? Before I have any plans drawn up.
Looking for a rough idea for the shell so...
Ground work/footing
Block and brick work insulated walls
Roof structure and tiling
